The following were the events of 2009 Mickey's Not So Scary party.

Halloween Parade 'Mickey's Boo-to-You': The Parade included all the Disney main and villain characters dressed up in Halloween costumes walking down the Main Street. The parade started from Frontierland and ended at Town Square. Also, the main attraction was the ride of the Headless Horseman through the street. This event took place at around 8.15 pm. The second parade took place around 10.30 pm.

Halloween HalloWishes Fireworks: The Disney's villain characters did the trick-or-treating in the Cinderella castle with dazzling and amazing fireworks around the castle. This program happened at 9.30 pm.

Mix and Mingle of Disney Villains: On a huge stage that was arranged for Mix and Mingle of the villains such as The Wicked Queen, Jafar, Maleficent, Cruella DeVille, The Queen of Hearts, Judge Claude Frollo, and Captain Hook, all of these entertained the guests. Later, they come down from the stage and had photos with the guests attending the event. The timings for this event were 7.45, 9.00, 10.05, and 11.15 pm.

Dance Parties: Dance parties were arranged at two sites. They were the 'Stitch's Club 626' on Stitch stage at Tomorrowland and 'Get Up and Boogie Dance Party' on Ariel's Grotto at Fantasyland.

Restaurants for party snacks on Halloween day and Food: Pecos Bill's Cafe, Casey's Corner, and Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe Counter served delicious food. Also, Tony's Town Square and Liberty Tree Tavern restaurants served lip smacking snacks and treats.

Trick-or-Treat at

Disneyland:

Some locations were specially assigned for trick-or-treat candies. All the guests were provided with treat bags so that they could collect the candies from any of the locations mentioned in the map. This was a free of cost event, and was held on October 30th and 31st.

Children were allowed to wear their favorite Halloween costumes, and pick the candies from the following locations that were specially assigned for trick-or-treat.
