  • Black marker or paint
  • White fun foam
  • One metallic hanger
  • Duct tape and glue stick

How to Make this Ghostly Halloween Craft?

  • Firstly, lay your white garbage bag on the plain area. You can use any size of bag can as per your preference.
  • Now slid the metal hanger inside the bag and push the hook in an upward direction. Just like you do to hang your shirt on the hanger.
  • Trace ghost faces on the white craft foam. Now cut them with a pair of scissors.
  • Hanging the bag on the hanger and bending both the corners of it in upward direction can represent the arms of the ghost.
  • You can bend the hanger hook in such a way that it will help to create a loop.
  • Stick the back of the head on the straight part of the hanger (the adjoining portion of the loop).Make sure that your loop is not glued.
  • To secure the back of the head portion on the frame of the white bag, using some tape can be helpful.
  • One end of the string can be knotted to the ring on the hanger. Leave the reaming strings flat on the head of the ghost so that the loose end comes out and flutter in the air.
  • Sandwich the hood of this ghost by gluing both the heads with the help of glue dots, tacky glue or hot glue gun. Ensure that the string comes out straightly from the top of the head.
  • Draw eyes, nose and mouth on either side of the ghost's face or head. For this, you can use black marker or black pain.
  • To make it wavy and fluttery, you can cut the bag into strips. These strips can be 2 inches wide and can start from the bottom of the ghost till the bottom of the hanger. Leave about 3 to 4 inches just before the bottom of the hanger.
  • Now your windsock ghost is ready to scare the people and give a decorative look to your residence during the Halloween season.
